Recently at a wedding at Appin House, I was introduced to a new twist on the classic "sand ceremony"...the new and improved "Scotch & Coke" ceremony, courtesy of Marriage Celebrant Paul Guy. It's nice to see some creativity in the industry, and judging by the reaction of all involved, it was a hit!
